Reserve Appointment

The Booking Process

  • First fill out a new client form. Once submitted, I will reach out and dive deeper into your hair goals and share my booking availability if we are a good fit to work together in my Charlotte salon.

  • In order to book, a non-refundable deposit is required for booking a new client service. This will go towards the initial investment of your first visit.

  • An email and text confirmation link will be sent 92 hours prior to your appointment. Please click the confirmation link to confirm.

  • In order to provide the best service possible, I require 72 hours for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Any cancellations past this time are subject to a 50% service fee.

  • Please come with clean and dry hair. This will ensure proper coverage of color.
